Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply or sale of alcohol for consumption off the club premises is allowed by this certificate.
Only members of the club and their bona fide guests are allowed to use the facilities of the club unless they have been invited by the club committee on behalf of the club for a specific event which forms part of the qualifying activities of the club and this has been recorded in the committee meeting minutes.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club Operating Schedule
Permitted Hours

Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
b) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
c) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
d) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Conditions transferred from certificate of suitability
1. The Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems are to be tested regularly and a record kept. Any faults identified and the relevant action taken to be noted.
2. All Emergency Exit Routes are to kept clear and free from obstruction at all times.
3. The nosings to stairways on all Emergency Exit Routes are to be maintained to ensure that the change of level can be easily identified.
The Occupancy is as follows:- Ground Floor: 250 persons
First Floor: 100 persons.
