Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence:
a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
The admission of children to an exhibition of a film where the film classification body or this Council has determined the classification must be restricted in accordance with that classification. The film classification body is the British Board of Film Classification. In this condition children means persons under 18 years of age.
Films must be classified in the following way:
U - Universal. Suitable for audiences aged four years and over.
PG - Parental Guidance. Some scenes may be unsuitable for young children.
12A - Passed only for viewing by persons aged 12 years or older or persons younger than 12 when accompanied by an adult.
15 - Passed only for viewing by persons aged 15 years and over.
18 - Passed only for viewing by persons aged 18 years and over.
Immediately before each exhibition at the premises of a film passed by the British Board of Film Classification there shall be exhibited on screen for at least five seconds in such a manner as to be easily read by all persons in the auditorium a reproduction of the certificate of the Board or, as regards a trailer advertising a film, of the statement approved by the Board indicating the classification of the film.
Where a programme includes a film recommended by the licensing authority as falling into the 12A, 15 or 18 category no person appearing to be under the age of 12 and unaccompanied, or under 15 or 18 as appropriate, shall be admitted to any part of the programme; and the licence holder shall display in a conspicuous position a notice in the following terms
PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF [INSERT APPROPRIATE AGE] CANNOT BE ADMITTED TO ANY PART OF THE PROGRAMME.
Where films of different categories form part of the same programme, the notice shall refer to the oldest age restriction.
This condition does not apply to members of staff under the relevant age while on-duty provided that the prior written consent of the person's parent or legal guardian has first been obtained.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
a) During the first twenty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
b) During the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
c) During the first thirty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals;
d) Consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;
e) The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
f) The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
g) The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
h) The taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or
i) The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
j) The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
Conditions Endorsed on Justices' ON Licence
1. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such persons as ancillary to their meal.
2. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the premises.
Operating Schedule Conditions
Proof of age shall be required to be shown by any persons attempting to buy alcohol who appear to be under 18 years of age.
Children under the age of 18 shall be accompanied on the premises by an adult at all times.
CCTV shall be used on the premises. Cameras shall be kept in proper working order and reocrdings shall be retained for a period of time in accordance with local police advice.
Security lighting shall be used on the premises. Equipment shall be kept in proper working order at all times.
Emergency lighting shall be used on the premises.
The Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems are to be tested weekly and a written record of these tests is to be kept. Any faults identified and the relevant action taken to rectify them are to be noted in the record.
All exit routes must be kept clear and remain free from obstruction at all times.
