For an additional hour on the morning of the day the clocks go forward (in order to negate the effect of the change from British summer time to Greenwich Meantime)
notwithstanding these usual opening times, the premises, in accordance with the converted right, may choose to open to the public at any time for non-licensable activities/purposes.

Non standard timings for the supply of alcohol are as follows:
On Christmas Eve - until 02.00 am
On Boxing Day - until 02.00 am
For an additional hour to the finish times on the following days:
Burns Night - 25 January
Australia Day - 26 January
St David's Day - 1 March
St Patricks Day - 17 March
St Georges Day - 23 April
St Andrews Day - 30 November
For an additional 30 mins to the finish times on the following days:
Thursday immediatley preceding Good Friday
Sunday immediatley preceding a Bank Holiday Monday
From 6.00am until the beginning of the standard hours or until 3.00 am as follows:
On no more than 12 occasions per calendar year. These extentions for the supply of alcohol can only take place if at least 7 days notice is provided to the police and the licensing authority and only if the police give their consent.
Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence: -
a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Security:
Each individual carrying out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
A record shall be kept of the names and registration number of such persons and this record shall include the circumstances including full details of all events that take place during their period of duty.
Operating Schedule Conditions
CCTV shall be used on the premises. Cameras shall be kept in proper working order at all times and recordings shall be retained for at least thirty days.
The manager of the premises shall be a member of the local Pubwatch so long as it continues to exist.
Non-standard timings
The premises may be used for the supply of alcohol from 06:00 until the beginning of the standard hours or until 03:00 on no more than 12 occasions per calendar year. Such extensions can only take place if at least 7 days notice in writing is given to the Police and the Licensing Authority and only if the Police give their consent.
