Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence:
a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. No customer carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises at any time that the premises are open to the public.
2. CCTV shall be used on the premises. Cameras must be kept in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a length of time in accordance with local police advice.
3. Adequate external lighting shall be provided at all times.
4. All exit routes must be kept clear and remain free from obstruction at all times.
5. Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of a fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade shall be summoned shall be prominently displayed.
6. After 22.00 all external doors and windows to the room/s where regulated entertainment is being provided shall remain closed during the course of the entertainment, other than for normal access and egress.
7. Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting customers and staff to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.
8. Children under 16 shall not be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 22.00 hours, except on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
9. Any person on the premises who appears to be under 21 years of age attempting to purchase alcohol from the establishment shall be challenged to produce photographic evidence to ascertain their proof of age.
10. No adult entertainment shall take place on the premises.
