Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence:
a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Each individual carrying out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
A record shall be kept of the names and registration number of such persons and this record shall include the circumstances including full details of all events that take place during their period of duty.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. All refusge recepticles shall be kept in a storage area that is obscured from the view of pedestrians.
2. At the end of business every day/night the pavement to the frontage of the premises shall be cleared of any litter and waste.
3. Any person on the premises who appears to be under 18 years of age attempting to purchase alcohol from the establishment shall be challenged to produce photographic evidence to ascertain their proof of age.
4. No person carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises.
5. CCTV shall be used on the premises. Cameras must be kept in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a length of time in accordance with local police advice.
6. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall continue to remain a member of the Local Pubwatch scheme for as long as such scheme remains in existence.
7. Free drinking water shall be available on the premises at all times.
8. Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting customers and staff to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quickly and quietly.
9. All external doors and windows shall remain closed after 23.00 hours, other than for normal access and egress.
10. Children (as defined in the Licensing Act 2003) shall not be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult at all times.
11. Children shall not be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 23.00 hours.
12. No adult entertainment shall take place on the premises.
