1. CCTV 1.1 A CCTV system to a specification required by West Yorkshire Police and in accordance with current Home Office Guidelines be installed and utilized at the premises with a sufficient storage capacity to store a minimum of 31 days footage; CCTV must provide evidential quality coverage of all licensed areas (Recording Rate Minimum 7-12 Frames Per Second), (Advisory Note:-The CCTV System must be registered with Information Commissioners Officer (ICO) to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).)
1.2 Equipment shall be operated and maintained in good and clear working order and recordings shall be kept in date order, numbered and retained for a period of at least 31 days, or as otherwise recommended by the Police;
1.3 Access to the CCTV equipment and recordings will be given as soon reasonably possible or in any event within 24 hours of the request. Any data/images required by the Police or Local Enforcement Officers will be required as a soon as possible or in any event within 24 hours.
2. Training 3.1 New staff shall receive induction training at the commencement of their employment at the premises; Existing staff shall also be subjected to the same level of training;
3.2 Staff refresher training shall take place every 6 months;
3.3 All staff training shall be recorded and training records maintained and available immediately for inspection by West Yorkshire Police and Local Authority Enforcement Officers upon request;
