  1. During each performance regular monitoring is to be carried out by a responsible person, at the boundary of the nearest residential premises to ensure that noise from circus activities are not at a level that would cause disturbance to residents.

   

  2. No adult entertainment shall take place at the premises.

   

  3. All licensable activities shall be carried out in accordance with the attached operating schedule, dated January 2009.
