Seasonal variations to the hours for licensable activities - annual New Year festivities - require start of premitted hours 31 December (23.00) to the terminal hour for licensable activities (03.00) on 1 January.
One additional hour of permitted licensable activities and opening hours on the night when the clocks go forward for British sommertime every year.

1. All emergency lighting and/or fire alarm system to be checked weekly and a record kept. Any faults identified and the relevant action taken to be noted.
2. All emergency exit routes to be kept clear and free from obstruction at all times.
3. CCTV shall continue to be used on the premises. Cameras should be in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a length of time in accordance witrh local police advise.
4. Facilities for depositing rubbish outside the premises must be made available.
5. At the end of business every day/night the pavement to the frontage (and sides) of the premises must be cleared of any litter and waste and cleansed of any urine, vomit or similar fouling.
6. Deliveries to the store shall only be made between the hours of 08.00 and 19.00.
