Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence:
a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. Any person on the premises who appears to be under 21 years of age attempting to purchase alcohol from the establishment shall be challenged to produce photographic evidence to ascertain their proof of age.
2. CCTV shall be used on the premises. Cameras must be kept in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a minimum of 21 days. Recordings shall be made available to the police or authorised officers of the Council on request.
3. A member of the management team shall be on the premises at all times the premises are open to the public.
4. The checkout area shall be constantly manned at all times the premises are open to the public.
5. The store shall maintain a refusals log and the log shall be kept fully up to date with reference to recording those suspected of being under the age of 18.
6. The store management shall regularly inspect the refusals log to ensure that it is being properly maintained.
7. The store will display signage around the premises informing both staff and customers of the 'Think 21' policy.
