Additional Conditions

• Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence:

   

  a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,

   

  b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Each individual carrying out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

  A record shall be kept of the names and registration number of such persons and this record shall include the circumstances including full details of all events that take place during their period of duty.

   

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1. No adult entertainment shall take place on the premises.

   

  2. All glasses that are used on the premises shall be made from plastic.

   

  3. Any person who appears to be under 21 years of age attempting to purchase alcohol shall be challenged to produce photographic evidence to ascertain their proof of age.

   

  4. Any person who is unable to produce photographic evidence of their proof of age in 3 above shall be issued with a wristband to highlight their age.

   

  5. Alcohol shall not be taken outside the the marquee/ food area.

   

  6. St John's Ambulance Service shall be informed in advance of all events covered by this licence.

   

  7. Sound levels shall be monitored throughout all events covered by this licence.

   

  8. Litter bins shall be available for customer use during all events covered by this licence.

   

  9. Litter bins so provided at 8 above shall be emptied at regular intervals and at the end of the day.

   

  10. All security staff shall be fully briefed of the evacuation procedure before the event begins.

   

  11. All fire exit routes must be kept clear and remain free from obstruction at all times.

   

  12. Emergency lighting shall be available inside the marquee in the event of a power failure.

   

  13. Children under 16 years of age shall not be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult at all times.
