  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1. Refuse receptacles shall be provided by the mobile vehicle operator for the use of customers that are in the view of and in the control of the mobile vehicle operators

   

  2. Promotional leaflets (flyers) shall not be distributed to the public outside the mobile vehicle (whether immediately outside or some distance away) except with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority, and under the terms of a litter control plan approved by the Responsible Authority for Public Nuisance (Wakefield MDC’s Environmental Protection Team).

   

  3. At the end of business every day the pavement surrounding the mobile vehicle shall be cleared of litter and waste, and cleansed of any urine, vomit or similar fouling and shall be disposed of in a responsible manner.
