Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence:
a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. All sales of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises shall be sold in a sealed container.
2. CCTV shall be used on the premises. Cameras must be kept in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a length of time in accordance with local police advice.
3. Any person on the premises who appears to be under 21 years of age attempting to purchase alcohol from the establishment shall be challenged to produce photographic evidence to ascertain their proof of age.
4. Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting customers and staff to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quickly and quietly.
5. Children under 16 years old shall not be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult at all times.
6. No person 16 or 17 years old shall be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 21.00 hours unless they are accompanied by an adult after this time.
