Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence:
a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Each individual carrying out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
A record shall be kept of the names and registration number of such persons and this record shall include the circumstances including full details of all events that take place during their period of duty.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. Children under the age of 16 shall not be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult at all times.
2. Any person on the premises who appears to be under 18 years of age attempting to purchase alcohol from the establishment shall be challenged to produce photographic evidence to ascertain their proof of age.
3. No adult entertainment shall take place at the premises.
4. The licence holder must contact Environmental Health at least 2 weeks prior to the event every year to inform the exact date on which it is to take place.
5. Contact details of the responsible person on the day of the event must be submitted to Environmental Health to enable contact in the event of any noise issues.
6. The licence holder shall carry out a PR exercise to inform local residents of the event taking place and the time that the event is to finish.
7. The licence holder shall ensure that the maximum number of tickets that will be sold for this event will be 1500 as it is established that the area and facilities available will suffice for this amount of people attending the event.
