  Operating Schedule Conditions

   

   

  1. The applicant is to notify Building Control Services prior to the event covered by this licence where the use of temporary structures e.g. marquee, stage etc is employed. This will enable an inspection of such structures to be undertaken and their suitability assessed.

   

  2. All artists and staff responsible for supervising young people shall have been positively checked through the Criminal Records Bureau and accepted by the licence holder as suitable prior to being so used. 

   

  3. Litter bins shall be available for customer use on the site at all times during the event.

   

  4. Litter bins so provided at 4 above shall be emptied at regular intervals and at the end of the event.

   

  5. At the end of the event the site must be cleared of any litter and waste.

   

  6. Suitable first aid facilities shall be provided at the event.
