  Operating Schedule Conditions

   

  1. The premises licence holder must notify the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service 28 days prior to each planned event at the premises covered by this licence.

   

  2. The premises licence holder must notify the Council's Building Control Services prior to any event covered by this licence where use of temporary structures e.g. marquee, stage etc is employed.

   

  3. The West Yorkshire Police and West Yorkshire Ambulance Services shall be informed in advance of all events covered by this licence.

   

  4. A full risk assessment shall be undertaken in respect of all events covered by this licence.

   

  5. Adequate first aid facilities shall be provided at all licensed events.

   

  6. A lost children point shall be provided at all licensed events.
