  1. No adult entertainment shall take place on the premises.

   

  2. Children (as defined shall be accompanied by an adult at all licensed events.

   

  3. Litter bins shall be available for customer use outside the premises at all times the premises are trading.

   

  4. Litter bins so provided at 3 above shall be emptied at regular intervals and at the end of trading every day.

   

  5. The West Yorkshire Police and West Yorkshire Ambulance Services shall be informed in advance of all events covered by this licence.

   

  6. A full risk assessment shall be undertaken in respect of all events covered by this licence.
