  Operating Schedule Conditions

   

  1. Facilities for depositing rubbish outside the premises must be made available.

   

  2. Litter bins shall be available for customer use outside the premises at all times the premises are trading.

   

  3. Litter bins so provided at 1 and 2 above shall be emptied at regular intervals and at the end of trading each day.

   

  4. At the end of business each day/night the pavement to the frontage (and sides) of the premises must be cleared of any litter and waste.
