Non Standard Timings are as follows:
New Year's Eve 23.00 until 05.00 on New Year's Day for Late Night Refreshment.
New Year's Eve 10.00 until 24.00 on New Year's Day.
Premises opening times are 10.00 on New Year's Eve until 00.30 on January 1st.
No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence:
a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
1. CCTV shall continue to be used on the premises. Cameras should be kept in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a length of time in accordance with local police advice.
2. No adult entertainment shall take place on the premises.
