• Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions

   

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence:

   

  a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,

   

  b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Operating Schedule Conditions

   

  1. Overnight security shall be provided where equipment is situated outdoors.

   

  2. No alcohol shall be consumed on Pontefract Castle site.

   

  3. Bottles of Liquorice Beer purchased at the event shall be collected at the gate on exit as per previous year.

   

  4. All events and activities shall be risk assessed and an event safety plan drawn up and implemented with copies to all emergency services.

   

  5. First Aid facilities shall be provided at events.

   

  6. Noise from amplified and non amplified "music, singing and speech" arising from regulated entertainment at the event shall not cause nuisance to any residential property in the vicinity.

   

  7. Waste management facilities shall be provided on site.

   

  8. All artists and staff responsible for young people shall be CRB checked. All activities shall comply with Pontefract Liquorice Trust's Child Protection Policy.
