  CCTV shall be used on the premises. Cameras shall be kept in proper working order and recordings shall be retained for a period of time in accordance with local police advice.

  Children under the age of 18 shall leave the premises at or before 19:00.

   

   

  Proof of age shall be required to be shown by anyone attempting to buy alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
