Operating Schedule Conditions
CCTV shall continue to be used on the premises. Cameras should be kept in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a length of time in accordance with local police advice.
Text and/ or radio pagers, where already used shall continue to be used for any additional hours the premises remains open to the public. The text/ radio pagers shall be maintained in working order at all times.
The pager link shall be activated, made available to and monitored by a responsible member of staff at all times that the premises are open to the public.
Any police instructions/ directions shall be complied with whenever given.
All instances of crime or disorder shall be reported via the text/ radio pager link by a responsible member of staff to an agreed police contact point.
The store shall maintain refusals log book and to keep the log fully up to date with reference to recording of incidents.
The lighting to the external of the premises will be maintained regularly and kept in good working order.
The restaurant area will be closed after 22.00 hours.
