  Only members of the club and their bona fide guests are allowed to use the facilities of the club unless they have been invited by the club committee on behalf of the club for a specific event which forms part of the qualifying activities of the club and this has been recorded in the committee meeting minutes.

   

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club Operating Schedule

   

  1. The Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems are to be tested weekly and a written record kept.  Any faults identified and the relevant action taken to be noted.

   

  2. All exit routes should be kept clear and remain free from obstruction at all times.

   

  3. Children and younger members must be accompanied by a parent or other adult. 

   

  4. No adult entertainment shall take place on the premises.
