Operating Schedule Conditions
The Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems are to be tested weekly and a written record of these tests is to be kept. Any faults identified and the relevant actions taken to rectify them are to be noted in the record.
All exit routes must be kept clear and remain free from obstruction at all times.
Hot food and drink preparation must be carried out in an area that is isolated from members of the public.
The premises must have an adequate supply of litter bins.
Prominent clear notices shall be displayed requesting customers to use the litter bins provided.
Litter bins shall be emptied regularly.
Facilities for depositing rubbish outside the premises must be made available.
At the end of business every day/night the pavement to the frontage (and sides) of the premises must be cleared of any litter and waste and cleansed of any urine, vomit or similar fouling.
Business waste shall be stored and disbursed of correctly and legally.
The premises supervisor shall ensure that waste is prevented from seeping or spilling from where it is stored.
