Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. The Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems are to be tested weekly and a written record of these tests is to be kept. Any faults identified and the relevant actions taken to rectify them are to be noted in the record.
2. All exit routes must be kept clear and remain free from obstruction at all times.
3. Hot food and drink preparation must be carried out in an area that is isolated from members of the public.
4. Business waste shall be stored away from the public area, in such a manner that waste is prevented from seeping or spilling from where it is stored.
5. Litter bins shall be available for customer use outside the premises at all times the premises are trading.
6. Litter bins so provided at 5 above shall be emptied at regular intervals and at the end of trading each day.
7. Prominent clear notices shall be displayed inside the premises requesting customers to use the litter bins provided.
8. At the end of business every day/night the pavement to the frontage (and sides) of the premises must be cleared of any litter and waste and cleansed of any urine, vomit or similar fouling.
