Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. CCTV shall continue to be used on the premises. Cameras should be kept in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a length of time in accordance with local police advice.
2. Text and/ or radio pagers, where already used shall continue to be used for any additional hours the premises remains open to the public. The text/ radio pagers shall be maintained in working order at all times.
3. The pager link shall be activated, made available to and monitored by a responsible member of staff at all times that the premises are open to the public.
4. Any police instructions/ directions shall be complied with whenever given.
5. All instances of crime or disorder shall be reported via the text/ radio pager link by a responsible member of staff to an agreed police contact point.
6. The store shall maintain an incident log book and to keep the log fully up to date with reference to recording of incidents.
7. Lighting to exterior areas of the premises will be maintained regularly and kept in good working order.
8. Litter bins shall be available for customer use outside the premises at all times the premises are trading.
9. Litter bins so provided at 8 above shall be emptied at regular intervals throughout every trading day.
10. All staff will receive Conflict Management Training and this will be refreshed on a six-month basis.
11. After 0300hrs, the requirement for SIA registered door supervisors on Fridays and Saturdays shall be risk assessed in conjunction with any specific recommendation of West Yorkshire Police by the premises licence holder. Door supervisors will be employed at the premises in such numbers and at such times as deemed necessary by a risk assessment.
12. All staff training shall be recorded and training records maintained and available immediately for inspection by West Yorkshire Police and Local Authority Enforcement Officers upon request.
