Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

Operating Schedule Conditions
1. All emergency lighting and/or fire alarm system to be checked weekly and a record kept. Any faults identified and the relevant action taken to be noted.
2. All emergency exit routes to be kept clear and free from obstruction at all times
3. Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting Customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.
4. CCTV shall continue to be used on the premises. Cameras must be maintained in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a length of time in accordance witrh local police advice.
5. Litter bins shall be available for customer use outside the premises at all times the premises are trading.
6. Litter bins so provided at 5 above shall be emptied at regular intervals and at the end of trading each day.
7. At the end of business every day/night the pavement to the frontage (and sides) of the premises must be cleared of any litter and waste and cleansed of any urine, vomit or similar fouling.
