Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
Embedded Restrictions: (None Applicable)
Operating Schedule Conditions:
1. An announcement to be made prior to any licensable activities. Members of the public shall be advised of the emergency evacuation procedure and the position of emergency exit routes.
2. All emergency exit doors to be un-bolted and unlocked prior to admitting members of the public on the premises.
3. All emergency exit routes to be kept clear and free from obstruction at all times.
4. All classrooms or other areas to which members of the public do not have access to be made inaccessible during licensable activities.
5. CCTV shall be used on the premises. Cameras must be kept in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a length of time in accordance with local police advice.
6. Facilities for depositing rubbish outside the premises must be made available.
7. Litter bins so provided at 6 above shall be emptied at regular intervals and at the end of trading every day.
8. The Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems are to be tested weekly and a written record of these tests is to be kept. Any faults identified and the relevant actions taken to rectify them are to be noted in the record.
9. No adult entertainment shall take place on the premises.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
1. The licence holder shall affix a prominent sign at the exit of the premises advising visitors to leave quietly and respect the privacy of local residents.
2. The licence holder shall write to all local taxi firms in Pontefract to advise that drivers shall not sound horns whilst awaiting customers outside the premises and shall erect a sign in the premises requesting that customers make similar request of drivers when booking taxis.
