Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
Only members of the club and their bona fide guests are allowed to use the facilities of the club unless they have been invited by the club committee on behalf of the club for a specific event which forms part of the qualifying activities of the club and this has been recorded in the committee meeting minutes.
A club premises certificate may not authorise the supply of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises unless it also authorises the supply of alcohol to a member of the club for consumption on those premises.
A club premises certificate that authorises the supply of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises must include the following conditions:
That the supply must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;
That any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container; and
That any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

Operating Schedule Conditions
CCTV shall continue to be used on the Club premises. Cameras should be kept in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a length of time in accordance with local police advice.
Children (as defined in the Licensing Act 2003) shall not be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult at all times.
Children shall not be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 17.00 hours.
Children are restricted from entering the bar area.
