Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
Only members of the club and their bona fide guests are allowed to use the facilities of the club unless they have been invited by the club committee on behalf of the club for a specific event which forms part of the qualifying activities of the club and this has been recorded in the committee meeting minutes.
A club premises certificate may not authorise the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises unless it also authorises the supply of alcohol to a member of the club for consumption on those premises.
A club premises certificate that authorises the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must include the following conditions:
That the supply must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;
That any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container; and
That any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.
Each individual carrying out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
A record shall be kept of the names and registration number of such persons and this record shall include the circumstances including full details of all events that take place during their period of duty.

Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
b) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
c) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
d) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Operating Schedule Conditions
CCTV shall be used on the premises. Cameras shall be kept in full working order and the recordings shall be retained for a period of time in accordance with local police advice.
The club shall be a member of the local Pubwatch scheme long as it continues to exist.
Children under the age of 16 shall be accompanied on the premises by an adult. They shall only be allowed in the concert room and the lounge. They shall not be allowed at any bars.
All external doors and windows to the SE elevation of the function room where regulated entertainment is being provided shall remain closed during the course of the entertainment.
All external areas of the premises (beer gardens, patios etc) must not be used by customers between the hours of 23:00 and 10:00.
Regular monitoring shall be carried out during regulated entertainment by a responsible person on site, at the nearest noise sensitive property to the SE elevation, to ensure that noise from entertainment activities are not at a level that could cause disturbance to residents of neighbouring properties. A log of all monitoring visits undertaken and any remedial action taken, shall be kept and retained for a minimum of 3 months and made available for inspection on request by any representative of one of the responsible authorities.
