Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
Only members of the club and their bona fide guests are allowed to use the facilities of the club unless they have been invited by the club committee on behalf of the club for a specific event which forms part of the qualifying activities of the club and this has been recorded in the committee meeting minutes.
A club premises certificate may not authorise the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises unless it also authorises the supply of alcohol to a member of the club for consumption on those premises.
A club premises certificate that authorises the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must include the following conditions:
That the supply must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;
That any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container; and
That any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club operating Schedule
CLUB PREMISES
Permitted Hours

Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means:
a) On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, Good Friday or New Year’s Eve, 11am to 11pm
b) On Sunday, other than Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve, 12 noon to 10.30pm.
c) On Good Friday, 12 noon to 10.30pm.
d) On New Year’s Eve, except on a Sunday, 11am to 11pm.
e) On New Year’s Eve on a Sunday, 12 noon to 10.30pm.
f) On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31 December).
g) On Christmas Day, as provided by the rules of the club and notified in writing by the chairman or secretary of the club to the Chief Executive of the Justices for the petty sessions area in which the premises are. The said hours shall:
i. Not exceed six and a half hours;
ii. Not begin earlier than 12 noon;
iii. Not end later than 10.30pm;
iv. Provide for a break of at least 2 hours, including 3pm to 5pm;
v. Not extend for more than three and a half hours after 5pm
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
b) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
c) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
d) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
CCTV shall be used on the premises at all times. Cameras shall be kept in proper working order and recordings shall be retained for a period of time in accordance with local police advice.
Children under 18 years of age shall be accompanied on the premises at all times.
Proof of age shall be required to be shown by anyone attempting to buy alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18.
