Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply or sale of alcohol for consumption off the club premises is allowed by this certificate.
Only members of the club and their bona fide guests are allowed to use the facilities of the club unless they have been invited by the club committee on behalf of the club for a specific event which forms part of the qualifying activities of the club and this has been recorded in the committee meeting minutes.

Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
b) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
c) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
d) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Operating Schedule Conditions
The Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems are to be tested weekly and a written record kept. Any faults identified and the relevant action taken to be noted.
All exit routes should be kept clear and remain free from obstruction at all times.
Persons under 18 years of age are not to be permitted to the Club save for special occassions e.g. weddings etc.
Where children under the age of 18 are allowed on the club premises, they must be accompanied by an adult.
Panic button linked to the Police must undergo regular checks and be kept in working order.
