Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply or sale of alcohol for consumption off the club premises is allowed by this certificate.
Only members of the club and their bona fide guests are allowed to use the facilities of the club unless they have been invited by the club committee on behalf of the club for a specific event which forms part of the qualifying activities of the club and this has been recorded in the committee meeting minutes.

Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
b) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
c) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
d) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Operating Schedule Conditions
The Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems are to be tested weekly and a written record of these tests is to be kept. Any faults identified and the relevant action taken to rectify them are to be noted in the record.
All exit routes must be kept clear and remain free from obstruction at all times.
Children (under the age of 18 years) shall leave the dining area at or before 15:00.
Children shall not be allowed into the bar area at any time.
CCTV shall be used on the premises. Cameras shall be kept in full working order and recordings shall be retained for a period of time in accordance with local police advice.
