Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply or sale of alcohol for consumption off the club premises is allowed by this certificate.
Only members of the club and their bona fide guests are allowed to use the facilities of the club unless they have been invited by the club committee on behalf of the club for a specific event which forms part of the qualifying activities of the club and this has been recorded in the committee meeting minutes.
A club premises certificate may not authorise the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises unless it also authorises the supply of alcohol to a member of the club for consumption on those premises.
A club premises certificate that authorises the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must include the following conditions:
That the supply must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;
That any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container; and
That any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
b) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
c) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
d) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Operating Schedule Conditions
All external doors and windows to the room/s where regulated entertainment is being provided shall remain closed during the course of the entertainment, other than for normal access and egress.
All regulated entertainment shall cease 30 minutes prior to the club cloing on a night to allow for a calm down period before members leave the premises. This will effectively change the time that activities cease; Sunday - Monday this shall be at 23.30 hours rather than 00.00 hours;
The Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems are to be tested weekly and a written record of these tests is to be kept. Any faults identified and the relevant actions taken to rectify them are to be noted in the record.
All exit routes must be kept clear and remain free from obstruction at all times.
Building Control recommend that hte following ocupancy levels are not exceeded;
Main Club Room 100 persons
The club shall employ one doorman at all times.
The exterior lighting shall be regularly maintained.
All children (as defined in the Licensing Act 2003) shall not be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult at all times. Any one adult shall accompany a maximum of two children only.
Accompanied children shall be permitted in the Concert Room only.
No children are permitted to take part in any of the activities e.g. bingo, dominoes, cards etc.
All children shall not be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 17.00 indefinitely.
