Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this Premises Licence:
a) at a time there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence and,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or the personal licence is suspended and,
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. Any person on the premises who appears to be under 21 years of age attempting to purchase alcohol from the establishment shall be challenged to produce photographic evidence to ascertain their proof of age.
2. The panic button shall be maintained in working order at all times.
3. The premises shall continue to maintain the refusals log book currently in practice and to keep the log fully up to date with reference to recording those suspected of being under the age of 18.
4. The store management shall regularly inspect the refusals log to ensure that is being properly maintained.
5. No deliveries are to take place between 23.00 hours and 06.00 hours the following day.
6. A CCTV system shall be installed and maintained. Images shall be recorded and retained for at least 28 days and shall be made available to the police or authorised officers of the council on request.
7. Notices shall be displayed in the premises that it is an offence for people aged under 18 to purchase alcohol.
